Order Processing Time

All products are made to order through our fulfillment partner, Printful.

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days

  • This includes printing, packing, and preparing your order for shipment

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days (varies by location)

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on carrier delays, holidays, or high demand periods.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

You can use this to monitor your shipment in real time.

Multiple Items / Separate Shipments

Because our products are made on demand and may be fulfilled from different facilities, your order may arrive in multiple packages.

If this happens, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

Address Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays can occur due to:

Lost or Stolen Packages

Bold AF Brands is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
