Behind it are two roles that make it all work: the creative force driving the voice and vision, and the operational backbone turning that vision into a real, growing business. I’m Todd Perkins, the founder of Bold AF Brands—a company built on honesty, resilience, and saying the things most people won’t.

For much of my life, I struggled with mental health challenges that were misunderstood and misdiagnosed. For over a decade, I was treated for ADHD and prescribed stimulant medications that never addressed what I was actually going through. It wasn’t until later that I was properly diagnosed with Bipolar Type I Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, and PTSD.

I’m also a suicide survivor—an experience that reshaped how I see life, mental health, and the importance of speaking openly about both.

That clarity changed everything.

What once felt like chaos started to make sense. Through therapy, self-awareness, and the right treatment, I’ve learned how to manage the highs, survive the lows, and rebuild a sense of stability. It hasn’t been easy—but it’s real, and it’s ongoing.

Bold AF Brands came from that reality.

I created this brand to speak openly about mental health, challenge stigma, and connect with people who are fighting their own battles—whether silently or out loud. It’s also a place for humor, honesty, and unfiltered expression, because not everything has to be serious to be meaningful.

I believe authenticity builds connection. And connection builds trust.
