At Bold AF Brands, every item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.

Made-to-Order Products

All products are printed and fulfilled on demand once your order is placed. This means:

  • We do not keep inventory

  • We do not offer returns for sizing issues or buyer’s remorse

  • We do not offer exchanges

Please review sizing charts and product details carefully before purchasing.

Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Incorrect size selected

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong item

  • Minor color variations (screen vs. print differences)

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We will replace items if:

  • The product arrives damaged

  • There is a printing error / misprint

  • You receive the wrong item

How to Request a Replacement

If your order has an issue, contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem

Once verified, we will send a replacement at no cost.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds.
Approved issues will be resolved with a replacement item only.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Bold AF Brands is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If you believe your package was lost in transit, contact us and we’ll help review the situation.
